Alana De La Garza is a beautiful actress that is leaving a mark on the small screen. The parents of De La Garza were both Irish and Mexican American. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December the 26th of December, 1976. Soon after, she moved to Texas to pursue her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas just a few months prior to moving to Orlando Florida. She took part in many different kinds of roles in acting, such as commercials and local independent movies. Despite small roles, she discovered her passion to act. Her move was from the Midwest to New York. Her first gig was in the soap-opera All My Children. Her best-known role was in Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared 85 times. Her next role was on the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards for her character, such as Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominations. She won the Impact Award in 2008 for her exceptional performance in a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. Milano. Her younger sister is Cory and is Italian by heritage. Milano was raised in a conservative, religious family. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven old. The babysitter took her along for the first audition. Milano was among four girls selected from among over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano performed in television advertisements and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical version to Jane Eyre.
